Another one-of-a-kind Chicago institution: Almost Home Kids™
Of all the charitable organizations in Chicago, we at Remember Wrigley Field have selected one that is near and dear to our heart: Almost Home Kids. This group’s work, coupled with patience and love of some very special parents we know, helped a few close friends (and countless others) have an opportunity to share nine incredible years with one exceptional little boy.
Originally from Naperville, Almost Home Kids offers transitional care to chilren with complex health needs as well as respite for their families. Demand for this type of round-the-clock care has allowed the group to expand into a spectacular new facilities in downtown Chicago and Peoria.
